Is it good or indifferent to leave your laptop plugged into wall power most of the time

Question:I want to get as much use from my IBM 92P1077 battery as possible. Does it hurt the battery to leave the laptop plugged in, does it merely keep it charged, or does it not matter at all. I heard somewhere it's best to let the battery fully discharge from time to time. Answer:There is nothing wrong with leaving it plugged in. Remember that a battery only has a certain amount of charges before it is junk.
