Why Dell 1691P battery in screen show very slow

Question: Hello, i'm use Dell 1691P battery with Windows XP Home. Like my question above, when i run in battery mode only, after i key in my password, what i see is a never-ending login dialog... sometimes i've wait until 10 minuites and still nothing happens.. Anyone with solutions? Answer:while running the laptops on batteries slowing down of the system is quite normal coz the batteries doesnt have enough power to run the processor at its peak performance! completely not booting up is a problem with the battery! ur batteries performance is go in low! if u think that they are old try replacing them .IBM ThinkPad R50P battery ,IBM FRU 92P1133 battery , IBM FRU 92P1131 battery , IBM FRU 92P1129 battery , IBM FRU 92P1141 battery , IBM 40Y6795 battery , IBM 41N5666 battery , IBM ThinkPad T43P battery , IBM ThinkPad R50e battery.I believe that you will solve you problem as soon as possible.
