My Acer BTP-63D1 batterylife too short?

Question:My Acer BTP-63D1 battery is supposed to be 2 hours life it didnt do all 2 hours at the start and now it only lasts about 5 minutes is there anyway i can make it longer without buying a new one? i dont fink there is but plz help enway if you can .
