when plugged in that AC adaptor it still lossing the battery?

Question:The laptop always shows that it is running off of sony PCGA-BP4V battery, even if it is plugged into the wall with an ac adapter. We tried two different adapters and different battery pack. The only way it will charge is by being plugged into the dock. would you give me some suggestions? Answer:My guess would be the actual AC give up the back of the laptop would be the source of your problem.
