New Battery for my hp ze4900 laptop

Question:I'm buying a new battery for my hp ze4900 laptop and the battery i have at the moment is 12.3V ,4400mAH but the new one im gettin is 14.6V and 4400mAH so the mAH is the same but the voltage isn't, is that a problem, is it not the right one or will it be okay to get a new battey with more voltage then the old one.
