My laptop ceaseless saying "Critical Battery"
Question:the message just appear and dissappears all the time now. I know my HP PP2210 Series battery is old and prolly worn out cause it won't hold a charge for more then 10 minutes without being plugged in. im just wondering why my laptop is saying "critical battery" when its plugged in the wall Any help or information is appreciated!!! Answer:Hi. A worn out battery will pull the voltage down just by being connected. Try removing the battery and see it the adapter will power the unit all by itself. But you probably need a new battery.
