what’s wrong with my Sony laptop battery l?

Question: i have an Sony laptop battery which i got a few months ago,the battery model is Sony VGP-BPS5 battery,now,I having any problems with his screen when i unplug it,It’s kinda blurred and I want to use it outdoor without plugging it.1. Is there any problem with the batteries?2. Are all laptops dim/blurred when unplugged? What should I do?4. Buy a new batteries would help?
